At the May 17 SmoketownCLT Housing Fair more than 15 community housing partners and over 40 community residents joined us for an afternoon of all things affordable housing.

Not only did we talk about affordable housing, barriers to housing, maximizing purchasing power and where to start in your homeownership journey - the SmoketownCLT and developer River City Housing unveiled the design plans and 2D floor plan renderings of the 1st phase of our Hancock Street development!
